Products
All Digital product sales are final.
services
All services including, grant writing, business proposals (or any other item listed under services) sales are final.
Courses
Clients have a 48 hour grace period to cancel order. after 48 hours all sales are final. For courses paid in full funds will be returned 10-14 days pending your bank. Any courses purchased under payment plan Sezzle will have to refer to their return policy. We will process everything on our end to make sure the return moves quickly.
Physical
Items
Physical Items such as planners have a 10 day return policy after delivery. planners can not be marked in and must be returned in the same condition as you received. A return payment of full amount (minus shipping and taxes) will be return to you 10-14 days pending your bank.
